We are part of the PHM Group. PHM is a property service group whose mission is to take care of people by taking care of their living environment. History

Sundby Cleaning Service I/S was founded in 1989. In 1999, the company was transformed into the family-owned limited company Sundby Cleaning Service APS.

Today

Today, we have grown to a staff of about 20 and service approximately 200 properties.

The properties vary greatly in size, ranging from small housing associations with a single stairwell to the second floor, to large ones with over 50 stairwells up to the fourth floor.

Similarly, the tasks are very varied, from simple weekly staircase cleaning to full maintenance inside and out with daily contact with residents.

Daily Operations

In our daily work, we operate in small, fixed teams. These teams only work with their "own" fixed properties.

This ensures that the employees are well-acquainted with the tasks at the property, and it also ensures that the customer/residents get to know the people working for them.

Everyone in the company is trained to handle all tasks on the properties. Thus, the fixed team is responsible for everything from cleaning the stairs, sweeping the street, and washing the windows, etc.

Overall, this creates a solid cooperation between the customer and the company.

All teams organize their own day and are therefore highly responsible for solving the day's tasks.

With this structure, we aim to create a workplace where the distribution of responsibility for quality and workflow motivates everyone to do their best.
